Ultratech, Inc. (Nasdaq: UTEK), a leading supplier of lithography and
laser-processing systems used to manufacture semiconductor devices and
high-brightness LEDs (HB-LEDs), today announced its Annual Meeting of
Stockholders will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific
Time. The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, 5101
Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, California.
